Root & Bone draws its name from the staples of the American diet: meat and vegetables. It promises to deliver culinary excellence with southern charm.
Rooted and raised in the South, Chef Jeff McInnis grew up with southern comfort food and hospitality in his blood. His partner, Chef Janine Booth, hailing from Australia, brings with her a true passion for uniting people through food.

This power couple already boasts several successful restaurants across the country and the Caribbean, with numerous accolades including three James Beard Award nominations.

They are thrilled to be have their fourth Root & Bone here in WNC. Root & Bone showcases their southern-inspired cuisine with a modern twist, featuring award-winning dishes such as:
